Cancellation Policy

Single tours can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the departure date, and receive a full refund.  After this time a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Accommodation can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the checkin date, and receive a full refund. After this time a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Packages containing more than one tour, or accommodation can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the departure date, and receive a full refund.  After this time a 100% cancellation fee applies.
